Benton’s Arambula eclipses 1,500 career points

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KQTV) — Eliana Arambula has been a big part of Benton's success during her four-year career and on Thursday night, her team celebrated Arambula's career milestone.

After Class 4 #3 Benton's 70-21 against Bishop LeBlond Thursday night, the Cardinals' girls basketball team honored Arambula for hitting the 1,500 career points milestone.

The Benton senior is looking to make another postseason run. Arambula has been a part of two 2nd-place state finishes.

The Cardinals will finish up the regular season next week with a game against St. Teresa's Academy on Friday in Springer Gymnasium.

Arambula is heading to the University of Nebraska Kearney to play basketball for the Lopers in the MIAA.
