Bishop LeBlond girls hoops take down Mid-Buchanan to claim the Class 3 District 15 title

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KQTV) The 2 seed Bishop LeBlond Golden Eagles girls basketball team is moving on to sectionals after defeating the 1 seed Mid-Buchanan Dragons in the district championship game, 31-25.

The Golden Eagles now improve to 14-13 on the year and the Dragons finish their season at 20-6.

Bishop LeBlond will face South Harrison in sectionals on Monday at 6 p.m. at East Buchanan High School.
