Netherlands defeats Tunisia in Kansas City, Dutch advance to knockout stage

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KQTV) - The Netherlands soccer team defeated Tunisia 3-1 in the final group stage round for both teams in Kansas City.

Two of the three goals for Netherlands were own-goals by Tunisia.

Netherlands improves to 2-1-0 in the World Cup and will next face Morocco in the Round of 32 on Monday, June 29th in Guadalupe, Mexico at 8 pm.

Kansas City Stadium will host one final group stage game on Saturday, June 27th at 9 pm between Algeria and Austria.
