St. Joseph Goats clinch playoff berth after upset victory over undefeated Nebraska Siege

GRAND ISLAND, Ne. (KQTV) - The St. Joseph Goats indoor football team pulled off its best victory of the season Saturday night in a 66-58 come from behind victory on the road against the previously undefeated Nebraska Siege.

Goats quarterback Angelo Trujillo had an incredible performance as he accounted for 9 total touchdowns through the air and on the ground, throwing no interceptions as well.

St. Joseph improves to 5-2 on the season and clinches a playoff spot. The Goats will conclude the regular season against the Eau Claire Axmen on Saturday, July 25th at 7 pm. If the Goats win and the Nebraska Siege lose to the Iowa Woo, St. Joseph could get a home playoff game depending on point differential.
