Bishop LeBlond High School volleyball sweeps Maur Hill Academy at home

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KQTV) - The Bishop LeBlond High School volleyball team welcomed in Maur Hill Academy from Atchison, Kansas to St. Joseph on Thursday night.

The Golden Eagles went on to sweep the Ravens 3-0, (25-15, 25-11, 25-15).

LeBlond junior Emily Conz was also recognized for recently reaching 1,000 career assists.

LeBlond improves to 4-4 on the season and next plays in the Chillicothe Invitational Tournament on Saturday, September 12th.

Maur Hill Academy falls to 4-2 on the season and next hosts Valley Falls on Tuesday, September 15th at 5 pm in Atchison.
