Noah Cameron gives up 2 home runs as Kansas City Royals fall to White Sox

(KANSAS CITY, MO) - St. Joseph native Noah Cameron got his third start of the season on Sunday for the Kansas City Royals at home against the Chicago White Sox.

Cameron struck out 4 batters but he struggled otherwise. Cameron gave up a 2-run home run to Chicago's Tanner Murray in the 2nd and another 2-run home run to Colson Montgomery in the 4th inning. Overall, Cameron gave up 6 hits and 5 runs in 5.1 innings pitched. His ERA is now 3.94 on the season.

The Royals lose to the White Sox 6-5 to drop to 7-9 on the season. Cameron's next scheduled start will be on Saturday, April 18th at 12:35 pm against the New York Yankees on the road.
