Tracking a windy and warm Saturday

After a cool and windy end to the work week we are flipping the switch to a much warmer pattern on Saturday and its going to feel more like summer across northeast Kansas and northwest Missouri.

The morning will start with a mixture of clouds and sunshine and temperatures will quickly start to warm up into the mid to upper 70's. The winds will turn gusty with south winds reaching up to 20 mph.

Most of the day stays dry but you cant rule out a scattered shower late in the afternoon, but the best chance for showers and thunderstorms comes late at night into you Sunday morning.
