Tracking a chance for t-storms on Saturday

We will start the morning with a mix of sunshine and clouds and maybe a stray thunderstorm across the area. Temperatures will climb quickly through the 70s into the 80s. By the afternoon high temperatures will once again get into the lower 90s. With the high humidity it will feel more like 105 to 110 degrees.

The daytime heating combining with the abundant moisture we could see some scattered showers and thunderstorms develop in the afternoon and evening. The best chance looks to be south of I-70 but that area could shift north.

Once we head into Sunday we will see a brief cool down as a weak cold front will move by the area and push our temperatures back down into the upper 80s.
