Tracking T-Storm chances on Thursday

After Wednesday's heat, Thursday will bring a noticeable change in the weather as a cold front moves into northwest Missouri and northeast Kansas. Temperatures will not be as warm and the atmosphere will be much more unstable, setting the stage for scattered showers and t-storms.

By the afternoon we will see some sunshine and that means we will start to warm up into the upper 80s with a few clouds. The heat and humidity will make it feel muggy at times.

Another chance for showers and t-storms come back into the area on Thursday night and some of those storms could be strong and produce heavy rainfall.
