Tracking Sunshine and Heat for Friday

We will start the the day with sunshine and a mix of clouds through the day, with temperatures quickly climbing into the 90s. By the afternoon we are forecasting a high of 97 degrees, with plenty of summer heat in place.

There will also be a chance for a spotty shower or thunderstorm especially during the warmer part of the day. These storms are going to be few and far between and not everyone will be seeing the rain.

Saturday stays warm with highs in the mid 90s and we will see a better chance for showers and thunderstorms by the evening hours.
