Tracking mild, breezy and sunny weekend weather

Mostly sunny, mild and breezy conditions will continue across Northwest Missouri and Northeast Kansas through the weekend, leading into a warmer start to next week as temperatures rise closer to average over the coming days. Despite periods of sunshine Saturday, highs have remained in the upper 70s to low 80s throughout the region with northerly winds at 15 to 25 mph. Dry skies continue tonight with lighter winds and lows falling to near 60 degrees after midnight. Sunshine returns Sunday, with early morning 60s giving way to afternoon highs in the low to mid 80s.
