Tracking a cooler Saturday

Friday was a warm and breezy day with afternoon highs climbing well above averages making it feel like spring across much of northeast Kansas and northwest Missouri. Saturday we will have plenty of sunshine but the temperatures will not be as warm compared to Friday with daytime highs only making it into the middle 60's. The winds will not be as gusty making it a nicer day for the weekend compared to Sunday. Sunday the pattern shifts as clouds increase and temperatures start to drop. By the afternoon we could see a mixture of wintry precipitation developing. Some of our viewing area could see some slick conditions depending on the timing and surface temperatures later in the day and evening.
