Flood Warning issued April 26 at 10:19AM CDT until April 29 at 12:50PM CDT by NWS Kansas City/Pleasant Hill MO

…The National Weather Service in Pleasant Hill MO has issued a
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Missouri…

Grand River near Chillicothe affecting Livingston and Linn
Counties.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Grand River near Chillicothe.

* WHEN…From Monday evening to early Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…At 24.0 feet, Low-lying cropland floods.
At 28.0 feet, Rural roads are under water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 6.8 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow evening to a crest of 27.5 feet early Tuesday
morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday
afternoon.
– Flood stage is 24.0 feet.

Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
