Flood Warning issued April 27 at 8:25AM CDT until April 29 at 10:00PM CDT by NWS Kansas City/Pleasant Hill MO

…The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Missouri…

Wakenda Creek at Carrollton affecting Carroll County.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Wakenda Creek at Carrollton.

* WHEN…Until late Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS…At 16.0 feet, Flooding of low-lying undeveloped areas
along the creek begins.
At 19.1 feet, Water reaches the bottom of the South Main Street
bridge over Wakenda Creek.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 15.3 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this morning to a crest of 17.4 feet just after midnight
tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow
evening.
– Flood stage is 16.0 feet.

Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
