Flood Warning issued May 17 at 9:43AM CDT until May 19 at 10:00PM CDT by NWS Kansas City/Pleasant Hill MO

…The National Weather Service in Kansas City/Pleasant Hill has
issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Missouri…

102 River at Maryville affecting Nodaway and Andrew Counties.

102 River at Rosendale affecting Buchanan and Andrew Counties.

Platte River near Agency affecting Buchanan County.

* WHAT…Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…102 River at Rosendale.

* WHEN…From late tonight to Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS…At 19.0 feet, State Route 48 on the east and west sides
of Rosendale is under water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– There is no current observed data.
– Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage just
after midnight tonight to a crest of 19.0 feet early tomorrow
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow
evening.
– Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
