Temperatures are off to a much milder start today about 28 degrees warmer than this time yesterday. It will feel significantly better compared to the start of the week.

We’ll see a mix of sun and a few passing clouds throughout the day, with highs climbing into the upper 60s to low 70s. The warming trend continues through the rest of the workweek.

Skies will gradually clear this evening and overnight. By Thursday, expect mostly sunny conditions with highs reaching the mid- to upper 70s.

Friday marks the first day of spring, and it will feel like it. Highs are expected to soar into the low 80s — well above average for this time of year. We could even challenge a record high of 82 degrees, set in 1934.

Warmth continues into Saturday, with highs nearing the upper 80s. The current record for the day is 88 degrees, set in 1916, and we’re forecast to come close.

A cooldown arrives Sunday, with temperatures dropping back into the 60s. Expect highs in the mid-50s to 60s heading into early next week.
