City website redesign completed for exploration

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KQTV) -- The City of St. Joseph has released the redesign of its new website in an effort to make accessibility easier for residents.

The updated site features several new and updated services, such as quicker access to news releases and news, community facts and an improved calendar.

One of the new features includes a chatbot, "Ask Joe," that can respond in over 80 different languages, and can answer quick questions residents may have about the city.

Citizens of St. Joseph can even view the City's budget in an effort for more transparency.

Residents are encouraged to visit www.stjosephmo.gov to explore the new website and its features.
