Maurices announces move from East Hills Mall to old Kirkland’s building

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KQTV) -- After 35 years in its location at the East Hills Mall, Maurices, a retail clothing chain, announced its move to the Shoppes at North Village.

The chain is expected to make the move to the old Kirkland's building, located at 5201 North Belt Highway, this summer.

"We are beyond excited to be part of a thriving shopping area and to continue growing with YOU in a brand new space! This is such a huge moment for our store, and we couldn't have done it without your support over the years," the store wrote in a Facebook post.

Maurices said it will announce its grand opening date, sneak peaks, events and more through its Facebook page as well.
