MoWest to launch a new scholarship for transfer students pursuing nursing

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KQTV)-- Missouri Western State University is launching a new scholarship designed specifically for transfer students who are planning to pursue a nursing degree.

The scholarship is for students transferring from a community college or another four-year institution to pursue a nursing degree at MoWest.  

Selected students will receive $500, and the award can be renewed for up to two years. It can be combined with other scholarships; however, only a limited number are available each year.
