Cook Road Bridge over I-229 to close Wednesday

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KQTV) -- The Missouri Department of Transportation is set to close the Buchanan County Cook Road Bridge over Interstate 229 Wednesday morning.

The closure is in effect from 10 a.m. until noon to address maintenance issues.

Drivers are encouraged to seek an alternate route during the closure.
