* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

– At 7:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 29.4 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 23.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 30.2 feet
tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage late
tomorrow evening.
