…Forecast flooding changed from Moderate to Major severity and
increased in duration for the following rivers in Missouri…

Grand River near Chillicothe affecting Linn and Livingston
Counties.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE…Grand River near Pattonsburg.

* WHEN…Until Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS…At 30.0 feet, Nearly all agricultural land and secondary
roads in the Grand River floodplain flood. At 32.0 feet, U.S.
Highway 69 south of Pattonsburg floods.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 25.3 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 25.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 31.8 feet
tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage Wednesday
evening.
– Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
