Andrew County Sheriff’s Office reports storm damage in Fillmore, Bolckow

ANDREW COUNTY, Mo. (KQTV) -- The Andrew County Sheriff's Office confirmed significant storm damage in Fillmore, Missouri, and is receiving reports of damage in Bolckow, Missouri.

According to a Facebook post, several city streets and state highways in Fillmore have trees, power poles and power lines down.

The Sheriff's Office said deputies are working alongside multiple fire departments and first responders to check on residents and help clear and reopen the roadways in Fillmore as soon as possible.

Storm damage has also been reported in the Bolckow.

"If you encounter downed trees or power lines: stay away from them, do not attempt to move debris or lines yourself and report hazards to your local law enforcement agency and emergency services," the Sheriff's Office said in the post.

Law enforcement also advised drivers to use caution if travel is necessary and allow emergency crews room to work safely.
