Missouri American Water performs main upgrades in Country Club

File

COUNTRY CLUB, Mo. (KQTV) - Missouri American Water customers in Country Club, Missouri, may experience issues with water service while the company looks to upgrade water mains throughout the town.

The project began at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday and is expected to continue until 3:30 p.m. the same day.

Anyone who resides in the affected area may experience discolored or cloudy water, low water pressure or no water.

When the water is restored, customers may still experience discolored water and are encouraged to run the cold water taps only at the lowest level of the hour for about three to five minutes until the water runs clear.

The Village of Country Club said there will not be any further notification on the upgrades, unless additional action is required, or conditions change.
