Open House up for bid in Savannah

SAVANNAH, Mo (KQTV) -- The Savannah High School Building Trades program has completed their 40th house project.

The property was open for any who are interested in potentially purchasing the property in the near future.

The house is a three bedroom, two bathroom, 1860 square foot property with a two car garage attached to it.

"Our houses typically take two to three years," Savannah Superintendent Dr. Brian Hansen said. "Sometimes that depends on the complexity of the house, sometimes that depends on the enrollment in the class itself."

The open house began at 1 p.m., and was open until 4 p.m.

Any of those who wish to bid on the house must submit their bid by 10 a.m., on June 8th.

The final bid decision will be made by the Board of Education at June 11th business meeting.
