Noah Cameron picks up third victory of the season as Royals earn road win in Minnesota

MINNEAPOLIS, Mn. (KQTV) - St. Joseph native Noah Cameron picked up his third pitching victory of the season on Sunday as the Kansas City Royals defeated the Minnesota Twins, 6-5 on the road.

Cameron pitched 6 innings and finished with 7 strikeouts and only gave up 3 hits and 1 run. His ERA is now 3.84 on the season and his record improves to 3-4.

The next scheduled start for the Central High School alum will be on Saturday, June 13th in Kansas City against the Houston Astros at 6:40 pm.

The Royals improve to 27-39 on the season and next host the Texas Rangers for 3 games beginning on Tuesday, June 9th at 6:40 pm.
