Emergency prescription refills available for 11 counties in Kansas

KANSAS (KQTV) -- TRICARE beneficiaries in 11 counties in Kansas may receive emergency prescription refills now through June 18, due to flooding and heavy rains, according to a press release from the Defense Health Agency.

The counties impacted are Atchison, Brown, Dickinson, Doniphan, Jefferson, Lincoln, Marshall, Nemaha, Ottawa, Pottawatomie and Washington.

According to the Defense Health Agency, to receive an emergency prescription refill, TRICARE beneficiaries can take their prescription bottle to any pharmacy in the TRICARE retail network.

If the bottle is unavailable or the label is missing, contact Express Scripts, Inc. at 1-877-363-1303.
