Tracking a sunny and warm Sunday

Temperatures will start off in the upper 60s as we start your Sunday across northwest Missouri and northeast Kansas. There may be a few leftover clouds from some overnight storms, but sunshine will gradually become more common as the morning progresses.

By the afternoon, expect a pleasant summer day with highs climbing into the upper 80s. Humidity levels won't be as oppressive as it has been recently, making it feel noticeably more comfortable.

The evening looks great for outdoor plans across the area with temperatures slowly falling through the lower 80s into the 70s after sunset. Light winds and comfortable humidity will make for a beautiful end to the weekend.
