Super Bowl champion Jalen Sundell holds first Youth Football Camp at alma mater Maryville High School

MARYVILLE, Mo. (KQTV) - Super Bowl Champion center for the Seattle Seahawks Jalen Sundell hosted his very first Youth Football Camp on Wednesday at his Alma Mater Maryville High School.

The camp was open to kids from pre-kindergarten up to 6th grade, 160 kids attended the camp. Sundell's camp aimed to provide young athletes with an opportunity to learn and develop their football skills in a fun and supportive enviornment.

After the camp was over, Sundell signed autographs and took photos with every camp member in attendance and let them hold his new Seattle Seahawks Super Bowl ring.

Sundell was pleased with how the day went and was happy to give something back to his community that supports him as well.

"It was awesome. Never in a million years where I thought that I'd have the honor to do a camp and that kids would want to come, so that was really cool," said Sundell. "A cool way to get back. The expectations were just to let them have fun and have some fun out on the football field, which is what the game's all about. I think we did that. I hope they had fun, it sure seemed seemed like they had fun."
