Two small-scale data center projects to be considered in Nodaway County

NODAWAY COUNTY, Mo. (KQTV) -- The Nodaway County Economic Development (NCED) organization announced it is aware of at least two small-scale data center projects considering potential development locations within the county.

According to NCED, the companies were not recruited by the organizations, Nodaway County or any local municipality, but instead initiated contact on their own.

According to a letter by NCED, both projects are in the preliminary evaluation stage, and only limited information is available.

The organization has held initial discussions with the company representatives and said it will provide the public with updates if the project moves forward.
