Freudenthal Center for Parkinson’s Disease to host annual gala

Freudenthal Center for Parkinson's Disease

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KQTV) -- The Freudenthal Center for Parkinson's Disease announced its annual Unite and Fight Gala.

While registration is closed, guests can expect an overview of the center's services and a demonstration of the boxing class.

Anyone in Northwest Missouri with Parkinson's Disease can attend free classes (boxing, big amplitude movement, cycling, loud crowd and support group).

The annual gala brings awareness to Parkinson's Disease and raises money for the center and it's classes.

Doors open at 5 p.m. on Aug. 11 at Stoney Creek Inn in St. Joseph.
