Two Fairfax men taken into custody over rape, child endangerment charges

ATCHISON COUNTY, Mo. (KQTV) -- The Atchison County, Missouri, Sheriff's Office said deputies executed a search warrant on July 31, taking two men into custody on multiple charges.

The Circuit Court of Atchison County issued a warrant for Marcus Hall, 60, and Hudson Hall, 24, both of Fairfax, Missouri.

Marcus was charged with four counts of statutory rape, or attempted statutory rape in the first degree.

According to a probable cause statement, a 14-year-old female reported that on four separate occasions in 2023 and 2024, Marcus raped and sexually assaulted her.

Hudson was charged with one count of endangering the welfare of a child involving drugs in the first degree.

According to a probable cause statement, Hudson supplied drugs to a child on May 17 and around June 21.

Marcus is being held without bond, while Hudson's bond was set at $10,000.

Marcus has a case hearing scheduled at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 6. Hudson has a case review scheduled for 9 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 10.

The Atchison County Sheriff's Office said both subjects are innocent until proven guilty.
