Honey Badger Tyrann Mathieu returned to view Kansas City Chiefs Training Camp this week

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KQTV) - The Kansas City Chiefs have had some big-name former players show up to Training Camp the past few days in St. Joseph. Players like Dwayne Bowe, Trent green, Charcandrick West, Spencer Ware and Damien Williams.

One former defensive player has been attending Chiefs training camp a few times this past week, former KC safety and Super Bowl champion, Tyrann Mathieu also known as the 'Honey Badger."

Mathieu has been soaking in this new chiefs team as well as trying to give advice to the younger players. His former Defensive Coordinator, Steve Spagnuolo was very pleased to see one of his favorite players he coached back at practice for a few days.

"It was great to have him out here. I think he's got to take off today, but I said he better get his butt back here. I like it when he's around," said Spagnuolo. "He brought back some of the old sayings he used to have when he was playing. He just reminded me of those years that I had him together. It was fun."
