Tickets available for annual Noyes Home fundraiser

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KQTV) -- The Noyes Home for Children said it is anticipating another "sellout crowd" as it prepares for its annual "Take A Seat" fundraiser.

"Take A Seat 2026 is expected to be one of the community's premier fundraising events, and we anticipate another sellout crowd," the organization said in a post on Facebook.

The funds raised to help children served by the Noyes Home for Children which looks to hit its $400,000 goal.

Individual tickets are $125; a table of 8 is $1,000. The organization said every ticket purchased helps provide "hope, safety and stability for children when they need it most."

The fundraiser also features a silent auction, which will open at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 19, and remain open through the conclusion of the live auction on Saturday.

Anyone who cannot attend in person can still register as a virtual attendee to bid on silent auction items.
