ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KQTV) -- The President of the Stuber Health Clinic board of directors, Rex Robinson, has recently come up with a creative way to raise money for the clinic's dental program.

Robinson has been painting for the last ten years and wanted to give back to the community by auctioning off his artwork.

"I didn't start painting until I was 60 and just did it for fun, kind of representing my childhood, kids' childhood and the grandson's childhood," Robinson said.

The art has been on display at Rogers Pharmacy for the last five or six years.

Robinson is semi-retired, said, "I thought it would be a good time to move these paintings and hopefully turn all the profits that they may generate over to the clinic Stuber Health Center, which I'm extremely proud of."

Anyone interested in seeing the artwork and bidding on pieces has until the end of November to do so.
