Tracking Rain Chances Thursday

Mike Bracciano KQ2

We are tracking another warm day across Northeast Kansas and Northwest Missouri on Thursday as high temperatures will be once again reaching into the mid to upper 70s. There will be some pattern changes coming our way as we head into Thursday night.

We will start Thursday morning with temperatures in the upper 50s and lower 60s along with some clouds and maybe a scattered shower in the area, but much of the morning should remain dry. Temperatures will gradually climb through the 60s as we head toward lunchtime.

By the afternoon we will see more sunshine in the area and that will allow our temperatures should top out in the mid 70s. The rain chances start to increase as we head into your Thursday night with the best chances being towards the midnight time frame. Better chances for rain are in the forecast as we go into your Friday.
