Chamber to hold Imagine 2040 Community sessions

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KQTV) -- The St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce is inviting residents to two sessions to discuss the future of the city.

The Chamber, in partnership with the United Way of Greater St. Joseph and the St. Joseph Community Alliance, is hosting a Keynote Breakfast and a 2040 Workshop to spend time working on Imagine St. Joseph 2040.

The event will be a morning focused on vision, insight and community voice.

The Keynote Breakfast will take place from 7:30 to 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 24, at inspireU, located at 521 Felix St.

Attendees will hear from futurist Rebecca Ryan, as she shares insights on trends, opportunities and what the future may hold for the St. Joseph community.

A $25 registration fee is required to cover the cost of breakfast.

The 2040 Workshop will follow the breakfast and will take place from 9:30 to 11 a.m.

The workshop is designed to guide the evaluation and refresh of Imagine St. Joseph 2040 and is free and open to the public.
