St. Francis Foundation Gala breaks donation record

MARYVILLE, Mo. (KQTV) -- The St. Francis Foundation held its 23rd Annual Golden Gala at the Mozingo Lake Conference Center.

The event saw over 400 guests in attendance, with tickets being sold out within days of being available.

The Gala raised a record-breaking $347,000 to support Mosaic Medical Center - Maryville mammography and women's health.

The St. Francis Foundation Director of Development, Megan Jennings, gave a toast at the event.

"To 50 amazing years of the Foundation and community supporting the work of this hospital," Jennings said. "To understanding how important a quality hospital is to a community like this."

The Gala featured live music, silent and live auctions and specialty food and cocktails.
