Northwest Missouri Republican Club to host Candidate Forum

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KQTV) -- The Northwest Missouri Republican Club will host its monthly meeting on June 18 at Bandana's Bar-B-Q.

The club is presenting a Candidate Forum featuring Republican candidates running for a spot in the Missouri State Representatives in Districts nine, 10, 11 and 13.

Republican candidates include District 9 incumbent Dean Van Schoiack, District 10 candidates Paul Gatewood and Skylar Smith, District 11 candidates Taylor Crouse and Tina Goodrick and District 13 candidate John Elliott.

The candidates will have a chance to share their background, ideas and visions for northwest Missouri.

A social hour with the candidates will start at 5:30 p.m. Dinner at Bandana's, 4225 Frederick Ave., will follow the social hour, as well as a Candidate Forum at 6:30 p.m.
