Prescription Drug Take Back event to be held at Savannah Senior Center

SAVANNAH, Mo. (KQTV) -- For any of those with unneeded medications, a drug take back event will be held at the Savannah Senior Center next month.

On Saturday, October 24th from 10 a.m. to noon, the Andrew County Health and Safety Coalition will host a Prescription Drug Take Back Day, taking in unneeded medications for safe disposal.

The event will be at the Savannah Senior Center, located at 12737 State Route E in Savannah, Missouri.

Local law enforcement will be there as well, along with provided coffee and donuts.

For those unable to drop off at the senior center, other locations include the Andrew County Sheriff's Office or Savannah Family Pharmacy.
