SAVANNAH, Mo. (KQTV) -- A vigil was held for Rhegan Spiegel, a Savannah woman who was killed in a shooting on October 18th in Kansas City.

A group of Spiegel's friends and acquaintances from Savannah gathered at Messick Park, bringing photos and crafts to add to a scrapbook of memories they have with Spiegel.
