Tracking a Cloudy and Rainy Saturday

Mike Bracciano KQ2

Saturday will start off with a few scattered showers around the area and we will see a lot of clouds to start the day. Temperatures to start the day will be in the upper 50s and lower 60s. Temperatures will continue to stay on the mild side for this time of year across Northeast Kansas and Northwest Missouri.

By Saturday afternoon we will continue to see the clouds around the area but there might be a few breaks in the clouds giving us a peak at some sunshine. Temperatures will continue to climb into the middle 60s before we top out at 69 degrees for a high. We will have to watch out for another chance for some scattered showers and possibly a thunderstorm developing during the afternoon and early evening.

Saturday night temperatures look fairly comfortable with a few clouds around the area. The chances for rain will be there in the evening hours but they really increase as we head into the overnight hours. Temperatures will continue to stay on the mild side for the most part and it looks like by Sunday we will clear out and see some sunshine.
