SJFD responds to structure fire

St. Joseph Avenue has now opened back up for traffic after the St. Joseph Fire Department responded to a structure fire early this morning.

A Nixle alert was sent out at 5:45 a.m. for drivers to avoid the area of St Joseph Avenue between Maxwell Road and Cook Road.

Crews have contained the fire.
