ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KQTV) -- The Essig Family McDonald's will host a fundraiser alongside the St. Joseph Mustangs to benefit the 2026 United Way Campaign.

A portion of the sales from the event will be donated to the United Way of Greater St. Joseph.

During the fundraiser, players and coaches from the Mustangs will deliver orders, meet fans, sign autographs, take photos and create a fun environment for families.

"We’re excited to partner once again with Essig Family McDonald’s and the St. Joseph Mustangs to
bring the community together to support and celebrate the St. Joseph Mustangs as they begin to
wrap up their season,” said Kylee Strough, president of United Way of Greater St. Joseph. “Friday is a
great opportunity to grab lunch, connect with our hometown team and support local programs that
improve lives across our community. It’s a simple act that goes a long way.”

The event will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, July 24, at 3506 North Belt Highway.
