Strike Out Cancer to host dinner, concert fundraiser

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (KQTV) -- A local group will host a dinner and concert fundraiser to raise funds for cancer patients in the area in need of financial help.

The event will take place on Friday, Oct. 2 at Eagles #49, located at 2004 N. Belt Highway.

Dinner will be served from 5 to 7 p.m. and will include a taco bar and desserts. Dinner is $12 for those who attend.

Live music featuring "country classics" will take place from 7 to 10 p.m.

In addition, the night will also feature a silent auction and a 50/50 drawing.
