Buchanan County Proposition K aims to establish a countywide Children's Services Fund to support mental health, basic health and family-strengthening services for youth ages 19 and under.

Interested participants are welcome to attend the hour-long session, hosted by the St. Joseph Human Rights Commission, starting at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 15, at the YWCA, located at 304 North 8th St.

The evening will include a brief informational presentation from Buchanan County Kids representatives, a panel-style discussion and opportunities to ask questions and share perspectives.
