Chris Neff, former Lafayette High School boys basketball coach, retires from coaching

(ST. JOSEPH, MO) - Former Lafayette High School boys basketball coach Chris Neff has announced his retirement from coaching.

Neff spent over 9 seasons with the Fighting Irish, taking the team to 3 Final Fours in 2011, 2014 and 2016.

Neff won over 400 games in a career that also included stops as a head coach with Holt High School and Staley High School. Neff coached the Staley Falcons to a Class 6 State Championship victory in 2023.
