Travis Kelce’s commitment at age 36 inspiring his Kansas City Chiefs team at Training Camp

Newly married man Travis Kelce enters his 14th season playing tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs.

Chiefs backup tight end Noah Gray is entering his sixth season in the NFL playing for the team and also his sixth season backing up Kelce. Gray says even at 36 years old, Kelce still inspires the team every day at Chiefs practice with his leadership, commitment and hard work. 

"He's just a grinder. I think the thing about Kelce is he's consistent and that's why he's the greatest tight end to ever play the game," said Gray. "So he's just a guy that when you see walk out on the field, he just brings the level of everyone else's play up because you want to match the energy and the tempo that he's playing at. So for him playing as long as he has and still coming out here and putting his head down, staying humble and grinding, it's something that I learn a lot from every day, and it keeps all of us motivated."

The Chiefs have an off day from Training Camp on Sunday, August 2nd and then on Monday the 3rd the pads come on for the first time all camp.
