McCarty swims Championship Record in 50m back

Quintin McCarty set a new Championship Record at the Pan Pacific Championships at 24.51 seconds in the men’s 50m backstroke, winning gold and sharing the podium with U.S. compatriot Will Modglin, who brought home bronze.
