Becky Dunlap has been serving as the Recorder of Deeds since 2018.

Dunlap began her career in 1984, working at the License Bureau for the State of Missouri. In 2005, she worked for the Missouri State Highway Patrol as a Driver Examiner and retired from the position in 2018.

Dunlap graduated in 1980 from South Holt High School. She attended Missouri Western State University and Platte College, where she graduated in 1982.
